No wipers or washers, front or rear!

Hi guys,

as per title, got in the car one morning, and suddenly they aint working! i've checked the fuses and they seem ok, was wondering if it could be a relay? if so, does anyone know which one? i recently changed the fuse board so guess it could be a relay, as i'm not entirely sure that i've used the wipers since changing the board...

sorted it

what a NOB! lol

all it was, was the plug running down the left of the top of the fuse board wasn't in properly... school boy.

well that solved the front wipers, but the back one wasn't working... so double checking my old fuse board i notice that in place of the rear wiper relay was a permanent bridge - swapped it board to board and hey presto. getting good at this shite!

at least you sussed it mate and all working well now

easy to do something and over look a small thing like plug or relay then panic WHAT why wont this work - as they say cant see for looking under your nose lol

Yeh was expecting an actual relay so took a couple of looks before i noticed the bridge lol

lol cheers mate, car maintenance in pretty new to me and this car's giving me loads to learn lol, i tend to just fly into blind panic before looking for the obvious lol - getting there with it though... albeit slowly!!
